Are my items in stock?
Typically Farr West can fulfill most orders; it is rare that an item will be
backordered. If, however, that is the case we will notify you as soon as possible via email with an expected ship
date.
What do I need to know about backorders?
There is no additional cost to ship
backorders, even if your order is split into two shipments.
Items on backorder will be shipped as soon as they are available. We will notify you via email if one or more
items are going to be delayed beyond
the expected ship date.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American
Express online. You may also place an order by calling us directly at

Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes, shopping at FarrWest.com is safe.
Our secure server software encrypts information, ensuring that Internet
transactions stay private and protected. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
technology, considered the gold standard in Internet encryption technology, to
protect the security of your
credit card information as it is transmitted to us.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank or Credit Card Company cannot hold
you liable for more than $50 of unauthorized or fraudulent charges on a credit card. Your liability
for unauthorized use of a debit card may be higher, but most debit card issuers
voluntarily apply the $50 limit to their cards, as well.
If you do not wish to enter your credit card information online you can call
our Customer Support desk at 1-800-848-7891 and place the order over the phone.
Can I change my account information?
Your personal account information and your order history are available only if
you provide the correct password. To edit your account information you
must first sign in, then edit your information through the "my
account" page.
Is gift wrapping available?
Each Farr West order is carefully
wrapped in Farr West blue tissue paper and placed inside a shipping container.
We do not offer gift wrapping services
beyond this. An invoice is included in all shipments. Does Farr West ever have any sales?
Yes, beyond the items that you can always find in our sale section, we have many promotions that apply to either a specific collection or style (camisole, full slip, etc.) or are store-wide sales. Promotions are non-stackable and do not apply to items already on sale unless otherwise specified.
What do you charge for shipping & handling?
We offer several shipping methods for our customers:
• Standard Shipping USPS Priority Mail
*: $6.00 (in-stock items are expected to arrive within 5-10 business days)
• FedEx Overnight: $35.00 (add
one business day for order processing)
• FedEx or UPS 2 day: $22.00 (add
one business day for order processing)
• UPS 3 day: $18.00 (add one
business day for order processing)
* Standard Shipping is a flat rate of $6 for orders within the U.S. and will
ship via USPS Priority Mail. U.S. customers will enjoy shipping to all 50 United States, A.P.O. and F.P.O. addresses,
U.S. territories (Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands), and rural routes. In stock items will usually arrive in 5 to 10 business days. Shipping fees are not refundable. UPS does
not deliver on Saturday.

Can I track my order online?
Yes you can. You will receive an
email directly from the shipper once your order has been shipped. Or please

How do I return something?
Our 100% guarantee ensures that every item you purchase at Farr West meets your
standards. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn merchandise in perfect condition with all tags attached within 30 days
for an exchange or refund. Credits or charges due will be issued to the original credit card. Please note that
all exchanges are processed as a return and then issued as a new order. You
will first receive a credit issued back
to your original payment method for the item(s) you are sending back and then
be charged for the exchange upon shipment.
Please allow fifteen (15) business days
for your return/exchange to be processed. Initial shipping fees as well as
return and exchange shipping costs
are not refundable.
You
will find a return and exchange form enclosed with your order. To return an
item, fill out the appropriate portion of the form and enclose it with the merchandise you are returning.
Please indicate on the form whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange,
and allow fifteen business days for your
return or exchange to be processed. We will notify you via e-mail of your
refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Initial shipping
fees as well as return and exchange shipping costs are not refundable.

Who pays for return shipping?
For a return, you are responsible for
the cost to ship back your merchandise. Your return will be processed and your
credit card credited within fifteen
business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear
on your credit card statement.
For an exchange, you are responsible for
the cost of returning the merchandise. Once you select a replacement item,
there is no charge to ship the item to
you. However, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase
additional items, you are responsible for the cost of the additional items and shipping
charges. If the exchange is of lesser value, we will need permission to credit
your credit card for the original order
and place a new order.
In the unlikely event that we have sent
you incorrect merchandise or you received damaged merchandise, please notify us
immediately. We will reimburse you for
the cost of returning the package to us, and we will not charge you for the
shipping costs of replacement merchandise.
